Tiwa Omolade started Everlight Agency after years of working in influencer marketing and seeing the same problem over and over: brands wanted to work with diverse creators, but didn't know where to start. And when they did, campaigns often felt transactional, surface-level, or culturally tone-deaf.
As someone who has lived and created content in Korea, Japan, and Canada, Tiwa understands what it's like to navigate identity, culture, and representation across borders. And as a marketing strategist who's built campaigns for brands like Ground News, Spin Master, and clients at The Shelf, she knows what it takes to deliver results.
Everlight was born from that intersection: a deep understanding of culture and community, combined with the strategic and operational expertise to run campaigns that actually work.
